Yes, all Gas & Dual Fuel appliances come with an LP conversion kit included.

Please refer to the manuals and quick reference guides that can be found on the individual product pages as well as the Specifications Library.

The quick reference guides briefly explain the function of each symbol. The manual can offer an in-depth explanation to product features.

Due to the counter-depth installation the oven convection and ventilation system exhausts through a small space above the oven door. This warm air exhaust from the front of the unit is normal, but if you have concerns about the venting space or the amount of venting/heat; please contact our service team for an assessment of your appliance.

When you turn your oven off you may notice that the convection fan is still in operation. This is a result of the convection system's cooling & circulation. During convection cooking; the fans not only provide even heat distribution but also recirculate the airflow. When the unit is turned off, the fans will continue to run to finish the air circulation process to ensure that the oven cools down properly.

To light the bake burner: with the oven door open, press the thermostat or temperature selector knob in, hold it for 2 seconds, then release it and rotate the knob counterclockwise all the way to maximum temperature. This provides both maximum gas flow and maximum air supply to the oven, allowing the thermocouple to heat properly and keep the gas flowing. After the ticking stops, you may rotate the knob to the desired temperature and close the oven door.

To light the broiler: follow the same steps but rotate the knob clockwise and leave it at the broil setting.

To use the convection function, rotate the function knob to the convection setting after the oven is lit.

Gas needs to get flowing to ignite – all burners will not light up in the same exact timeframe.

Our surface burners are all equipped with a thermocouple safety device (the small metal tip next to the spark plug). The thermocouple must be properly heated to keep the gas flowing, otherwise the gas will shut off when the knob is released. To properly surround the thermocouple with heat, it is recommended to turn the knob to the highest flame setting. Keep the knob turned and the flame on high for 4-5 seconds, then release. The thermocouple should now be warm enough to keep the gas flowing and the flame on.

The thermocouple is the ideal safety device in the case the stove is left unattended and the flames are blown out accidentally. The thermocouple will shut off the gas if the burner is on and the flames are blown out. This avoids gas flowing out of the burner when there is no flame even in case the knob is not turned to the “OFF” position.

Our temperature gauge is best used as a reference point to understand when the oven has finally reached the temperature set on the thermostat (and vice versa, when it has cooled down). For best results, it is recommended to base your cooking off of the temperature set on the temperature knob.

Cleaning oven glass: after removing the glass for cleaning, make sure the glass is re-installed in with the shiny side out!  If installed with the matte/opaque portion facing the oven, it will absorb heat and shatter. This is because our glasses have a special heat treatment on the side facing the oven, in order to reflect heat back into the oven cavity. Our glasses are tempered, meaning they have been treated for safety – if an oven glass were to break, it will break in small, rounded pieces and not large shards that may be hazardous.

An induction cooktop generates heat using electromagnetism. The electromagnetic field produced by the inductors inside the cooktop penetrate the metal of the pan. The pan then becomes hot and cooks the food inside it.

Yes! The electromagnetic current can only be transferred to metal pots and pans that contain iron, so aluminum or copper cookware (or any other non-metal material) will not be compatible. To be certain, please check with the manufacturer of your cookware. An easy test is to put a magnet up to your pot or pan, if it sticks, it will be OK for your induction cooktop. Make sure your cookware has a completely flat bottom, since recessed bottoms can cause damage to the components and/or lead to crazing of the surface.

A periodic buzzing or humming sound can be hear when the induction hob is working. This is due to the alternating current of the magnetic field, which provides energy in “pulses” and not as a continuous energy stream.

The intensity of the buzzing sound is directly related to the material of the cookware used and how it reacts to the electromagnetic field being generated. Try using a different induction-friendly pot or pan to see if this reduces the noise level.

Yes, it is both a safety, efficiency, and regulatory requirement to match the width of the hood with the width of the cooking surface. This ensures that you will have proper ventilation and the necessary CFMs to cook safely.

For the most accurate information please refer to the installation use & care manuals for each product. You can find all documents related to your product through our Specifications Library.

For KG hoods, flashing lights probably mean it is time to clean the filters.

After 40 hours of use, the hood (motor off) will go into alarm mode and light B (first speed) will flash. This means the mesh filters must be cleaned. To reset the alarm, press B and C buttons simultaneously while the motor is off.

After 120 hours, the hood (motor off) will go into alarm mode and light C (second speed) will flash. This means the charcoal filters must be replaced, if the hood is installed in recirculation mode.

To reset the alarm, press B and D simultaneously while motor is off.

To remove the lens cover, use a flathead screw driver. Position the screw driver in the small slots around the lens cover and pry open.
